RIBS AND CHICKEN This is a tried and true Rib and Pork rub I use for Cooking Competitions—that’s also excellent on chicken. It’s a complex rub with Brown Sugar, White sugar, Hungarian Paprika, seasoned salt, kosher salt, celery salt, onion, mustard, ginger, allspice, award winning Chili powder and cayenne. It’s on the sweeter side of life but will enhance the meats natural flavors without over powering it. Sweet and Mild rather then strongly flavored or spicy.
